I moved to Chicago when I was 21 and worked at some of the big hotels downtown. I started my first job as a dishwasher, did some training as a chef, eventually moving to the front of the house. Bring on the chicken pot pie with rotisserie chicken, onions, celery, carrots, peas, potatoes, chicken cream gravy and pastry crust. we started with tomato basil soup, a half slab of backyard BBQ ribs and a chopped salad with romaine, egg, American bacon, rotisserie chicken, onion, tomato, white cheddar cheese, whole grain croutons and garlic dill dressing. on Saturday and 11 to midnight on Sunday, Wilde offers a wonderful menu of Irish favorites. banquettes and one food critic's opinion for having the second best chicken pot pie in Chicago.
